If you forgot your password follow these simple steps:
- On the login box press "Forgot Password".
- Enter the email you used during your ticket(s) purchase.
- Tap “Submit”.
- If you received a success message in green color this means that the password reset instructions have been emailed to the email address you just provided.
- Go to your email box on your mobile phone and locate “Reset Password Instructions” email received from DayAxe.
- In the instructions email, tap the link to reset your password.
- You should be taken to the “Create New Password” web page in your mobile browser.
- Please create new password by providing your new password and then confirming it in the second text box.
- Tap Submit.
- You should receive a confirmation that your password has been changed.
- Sign in to your account with your email and your new password.
Note: If you mistyped your email at purchase you will not be able to reset your password. Please contact our customer service for further assistance.
