Our tickets are fully electronic and MOBILE ONLY. Printed versions, screenshots or booking confirmations emails are not accepted by hotels at check-in. Just show up at the hotel front desk with your ticket on your mobile phone and they will validate your ticket in your mobile browser. See how DayAxe works here.
There are two ways to locate your MOBILE ONLY TICKET:
(1) VIA BOOKING CONFIRMATION EMAIL
- Open your Booking Confirmation Email.
- Locate “View Ticket” button and tap on the button.
- If you are already logged in to your account it will launch your ticket.
- If you are not already logged in you will be asked to login first. Please login to your DayAxe.com account to access your ticket.
2. VIA YOUR DAYAXE.COM ACCOUNT
- Go to www.dayaxe.com on your mobile phone in any mobile browser.
- Tap on menu icon in the top right corner.
- When menu opens, tap on “Login” option
- Login to your DayAxe Account.
- After you login, page will update and you will end up on home page.
- Tap menu icon again and navigate to “My Tickets”.
- Locate the right ticket on the “My Tickets” page and tap to open the ticket you need.
