At the moment DayAxe does not have a "Transfer Ticket" feature. If you are original purchaser of the tickets and you have a group that need to be checked-in before you, here are the options you have:
1) Show up first. Then follow standard check-in procedures described here.
2) Appoint person who will show up and check-in first. Then give that person access to your account temporarily so he/she can pull up your mobile ticket. Notify DayAxe so we can let the hotel know somebody else will be checking in on your behalf so there are no issues with identification.
Note: hotels do not accept printed versions of ticket, screenshots or email confirmations. Person checking-in must have an electronic version of their ticket present and opened in order to check-in.
