Active Bookings: Active bookings can be cancelled by 9 am, 48 hours before the check-in date for a full refund. Simply log into your account and click on cancel next to your pass under "my passes". You will receive a cancellation confirmation and the refund for the full amount will appear in your account in 5-10 business days.
Same Day Bookings: Same day bookings, where a check in date is required CANNOT be cancelled or refunded, as the Hotel/Resort reserves a spot for you and you have taken it from another potential guest.
Expired Bookings: Bookings that have expired or gone past the redeemable date cannot be cancelled or refunded.
Redeemed Bookings: Bookings are not refundable after redemption.
