If you would like to cancel your booking and you are within the appropriate cancellation period, simply log into your DayAxe account and click on "my passes". Click on "cancel" next to the pass you would like to cancel and you will be automatically refunded. Your refund will appear back to the original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days.
Passes that are NOT ELIGIBLE for cancellation (same day passes, passes where the check in date is in less than 48 hours, and expired passes) will not have the option to click "cancel"
